My interest in mathematics goes back to high school, where I often tackled challenging problems like calculus, combinatorics, and number theory. Such intense interest led me to pursue mathematics through my doctorate. Throughout my studies, I delved into both advanced and fundamental areas like algebra, geometry, analysis, and statistics, while concurrently exploring mathematics education. My undergraduate years equipped me with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple language and utilize a variety of precise teaching methods. Ultimately, teaching and researching mathematics became my central focus. Over the years, I've learned numerous effective methods that I now implement in my classes.

Teaching Method:

Based on my own experience and the tutorials I've seen, I usually follow these teaching principles:

In the first step, I believe it is essential to understand the student's learning abilities, preferred methods, and their relationship with mathematics. Factors such as being detailed or holistic, pictorial or verbal learners help determine the appropriate educational methods for each individual.

The second step involves creating the right educational atmosphere with the students. Constructive interaction depends entirely on the teacher's abilities. This includes creating a suitable space for concentration and thinking, fostering interest, and connecting with mathematics.

In the third step, given the need for precision in teaching mathematics in a virtual space, it is crucial to dedicate a significant part of class time to teaching problem-solving methods and providing practice.

Finally, in the last step, I encourage students to briefly express the learned material in their own words.

فرزانه: در خصوص نحوه تدریس آقای میثم هدیه لو باید بگویم که در مدتی که پسرم با ایشان کلاس دارند، در وهله ی اول ایشان در برقراری ارتباط موثر با پسرم بسیار موفق عمل کرده اند و توانسته اند پسرم را به خوبی جذب کلاس خود کنند و در وهله ی دوم پسرم ازنحوه تدریس ایشان بسیار راضی هستند ، بطوریکه پسرم مطالب را بخوبی درک میکنند و بخوبی یاد میگیرند. بنظر من آقای هدیه لو معلم بسیار موفقی هم از نظر برقراری ارتباط با شاگردان و هم از نظر تدریس هستند...

Afsaneh: I’m Afsaneh (Mike’s Mom) First of all I want to say a lot of thanks to the knowledgeable, passionate, supportive, and kindhearted Mr Hediehloo who could encourage my son to do math at the breakfast table, before his school. Mr. Hediehloo always with his passion, and kindness supports my son's 11th graders to feel confident for SAT and CASP tests. Even Mr Hediehloo spends extra time out of class to find information and questions relevant to the topic and level of lessons which is so kind of him. Thanks to his great advice and guidance he helped my son a lot to find coping skills. Thanks to his great sense of humor that helped my son to love working math with him and learning sessions are so much fun and joyful time. I wish we could find him sooner, thanks to Darsoon for giving us that opportunity.

کاترین: دختر من حدود ۴ ماه هست که با آقای هدیه لو کلاس دارن و من کاملا راضی هستم. ایشون قادر بودن با دختر من که دو زبانه و کلاس نهم هستن ارتباط خوبی برقرار کن و برای دوبار در هفته کلاس داشتن با ایشون مشتاق هستن. تنظیم ساعت و روزهای کلاس خیلی راحت هست با ایشون و خیلی همکاری میکنن اگر احتیاج به جابجایی روز و‌ یا ساعت باشه. تجربه خوبی ما داریم با ایشون.

بهناز: ايشون بسيار معلم با سواد و با حوصله اى هستند و روى درک و يادگيرى مطلب بسيار كوشا، ارتباط بسيار خوبى برقرار مى كنند وبراى بچه هایی كه تفاوت زبان و فرهنگى دارن يادگيرى رو آسون مى كنن، مرسى از درسون كه اين امكان رو براى ما پيش آورده.

مهدی: آقای هدیه لو منظم و با برنامه هستند. وقت کلاس را کاملا رعایت میکنند و با دانش آموز به خوبی ارتباط برقرار میکنند.
