I’ve always been energetic and active since I was a child which made me interested in attending various classes such as figure skate, basketball, tennis, and skiing. After a while, I got more and more involved in the gym. Creating motivation in others for doing exercises and being active has always been a pleasant goal for me. I started participating in different national and international sports courses and my passion for sport and being a trainer became more serious in my life. I enjoy every second of my job as a trainer especially when I watch my trainees getting closer to their goals.

"I keep an eye on individual trainees each session to ensure the exercise strength is kept at the best possible level. Trainees are monitored so they can keep up with their exercises and move on to higher levels when it fits their needs and situations. Another amazing method that I’ve been using is to inform trainees about their body structure and muscles so they can understand the impact each exercise has on their specific muscle."

Academy alongside other international certificates such as IFBB, mefitpro, trx, bootcamp, reps, etc. I’ve been a trainer for over 10 years at different gyms in various fields such as functional, high-intensity, strength, corrective movements, etc. The Coronavirus pandemic caused me to start holding online classes for trainees in different countries. I have experience working with trainees of all ages without any injury and helped them to have fun regardless of their age. I believe that movement is medicine and that’s why I’m here to help you to reach your goals and to feel strong, healthy, and confident along the way.

Atefeh: I started my classes with Inaz Jan around 10 months ago. She has helped me with my posture and my goals (still in progress). Even though the classes are online, she makes sure I am doing the moves correctly and the right muscles are involved. She is patient, considerate and friendly. She answers all my questions and provides resources. Exercising is now a joyful routine in my life! Thank you Inaz jan for your help!

فرزاد: من دختر و پسرم کلاسشون با آیناز جان رو خیلی دوست دارن. فکر میکنم یکی از خصوصیاتهای آیناز جان که بسیار فوقالعاده هست اینه که با توجه به نیازها و علایق آدمها برنامهریزی کلاس رو میکنن. برای بچهها کلاس رو با آهنگهایی که بچهها دوست دارن شروع میکنن و کلی از حرکات ورزشی رو با بازی همراه میکنن که باعث میشه بچهها با علاقه در کلاس شرکت کنن و از نظر جسمی هم بتونن یه بدن خوب و سالم داشته باشن.

رضا: خانم طهرانی مربی استثنایی و فوقالعادهای هستند که شناخت دقیقی از بدن و چگونگی جلوگیری از آسیبدیدگی در حین تمرینات دارند. آنچه بیش از هرچیز من را در مورد روش ایشان تحت تاثیر قرار میدهد دقت در ثبت فشار تک تک تمرینات و سپس برنامهریزی برای آن تمرین در جلسات آتی بر اساس فشار جلسه قبل است. سیستم ایشان بسیار علمی و حساب شده است و این به من اطمینان خاطر میدهد.
