My name is Monireh Nasr Azadani. I am here to share my 15 years of experience in sports with you honestly and together, we will guide your body towards perfection and improvement. Since I never had a dedicated bodybuilding coach during my 15 years as an athlete in the national team, I decided to get professional training in this field myself so that I could compensate for this shortcoming for both myself and my students. I also took massage therapy courses to better understand and address injuries. I am passionate about high-energy sports such as whitewater rafting, rock climbing, bungee jumping, cycling trips and camping in nature; that's why after meeting my husband, we founded the Adventure Sports Club.

I work with up-to-date world methods such as NASM, functional training, and HIIT
I work with clients who have postural injuries or muscle weakness. I use corrective exercises and general or full-body exercises that are tailored to each client's abilities.
I also offer a self-massage class where I teach clients how to release muscles that have gone into spasms and are causing pain.
I have a program for children where I design targeted movement games and teach parents how to play them.
For working mothers with limited time, I offer mother-and-child classes. These classes not only help mothers exercise, but also have a significant impact on the physical development, cognitive skills, and assertiveness of children.

1. I have been the national coach of the Iranian slalom and whitewater canoeing team since 2013. I am also the team's strength and conditioning coach.
2. I have 15 years of experience as a national canoeing athlete.
3. I won a bronze medal at the Asian Championships in Thailand in 2005.
4. I am the director and founder of the Karoon Adventure Sports Club.
5. I have 10 years of experience as a strength and conditioning, fitness, and corrective exercise coach.
6. I am an international bodybuilding coach certified by the National Olympic Committee.
7. I have 8 years of experience in massage therapy and am a certified self-massage coach from the Federation of Sports Medicine.

لیلی: من تقريبا سه ماه هفته اى دو جلسه باهاشون كلاس دارم. با وجود مشكلات اينترنت، كلاسها منظم تشكيل شدن. من شخصا از كلاسها راضى بودم و ادامه دادم.

باران: من بعد از دوران حاملگی كلاس ورزش با منيره جان را شروع كردم. دانش و روش تدريس ايشون آسيبهای دوران حاملگی و زايمان من رو و البته با سلف ماساژ بسيار بهبود بخشيدند. مربي همچون منيره جان رو توصيه ميكنم برای كسانی كه آسيب بدنی دارند و يا ميخواهند در كنار تمرينات حرفه ای با بدن خود آشنا بشند.

Kaveh & Andrea: Monireh is a great fitness instructor that has helped us with rehabilitation and strengthening. Over the many months we see clear improvement in our fitness and looking forward to continuing our sessions.Our classes work well over video conferencing and activities can easily be carried indoors.
Soroush: Ms. Nasr is a professional trainer, and she is very knowledgeable about the body. She is kind, patient and very pleasant to work with. I was not sure that online training would work but it proved otherwise. I am so glad I got to meet her and train with her. Thank you!
آزاده: سلام دوستان آزاده هستم از مونترال و مدتی هست که در کلاسهای منیر جون شرکت میکنم. بعد از مدتی تو خونه موندن و کم تحرکی مخصوصا در این دوران قرنطینه بهترین تصمیمی بود که گرفتم چون هم به سلامتیمکمک میکنه و هم براحتی از خونه ورزش میکنم ولازم نیست به جیم برم و زیر نظر ایشان حرکات را به طرز درست و اصلاح شده انجام میدهم اگر بدنبال یکمربی حرفه ای، خوش اخلاق و صبور هستید منیر جون رو بهتون توصیه میکنم.
Elahe: Ms. Nasr is a professional. She knows how to explain and show the moves which helps me to imitate them and even though my classes are via Zoom, she carefully observes and corrects me. Additionally, she has a deep knowledge of body and muscles and shares it in class, so, I could understand how each of the moves would affect a specific muscle. Thank you Darsoon and Ms. Nasr for such an amazing class :)

زهره: بهترین تصمیمی که در جهت سلامتی و سبک زندگی سالم در این مدت پندمیک گرفتم شرکت در کلاس فیتنس منیره جون بود. ساعتها پشت میز نشینی و عدم تحرک باعث شده بود کمر درد بگیرم و احساس گرفتگی در عضلات کنم. منیر جون با تمرینهای اصلاحی کاملا تخصصی به من کمک میکنن این مشکلات رو برطرف کنم و عضلات ضعیف شده رو تقویت کنم.
در کنار ساعت کلاس، وقت زیادی برای تدوین برنامه هفتگی میگذارن و هر روز پیگیری میکنن که آیا در انجام تمرینات مشکلی دارم یا نه. این پیگیری و دلسوزیشون قابل تقدیر هست.
در کلاس سلف ماساژ من یاد گرفتم چطور با فوم رول و یا توپ تنیس و با حرکات ساده عضلاتم را باز کنم و تمریناتم را راحتتر انجام دهم و این سلف ماساژ روتین روزانه من شده است.

شبنم: خانم نصر خیلی در زمینه کاریشون حرفه ای و با دانش هستند . کلاس فیتنس و ماساژ تراپی فوق العاده بود، با اینکه کلاس انلاین برگزار شد ولی خیلی دقیق نحوه تمرین و حرکات ما رو بصورت فردی چک میکردند، و راهنمایی میکردند تا مطمئن بشن که درست انجام بدیم. شرکت در کلاس های ایشون رو بشدت توصیه میکنم
*من تجربه بسیار خوبی از کلاسهای فیتنس و سلف-ماساژ منیره جان داشتم. در ابتدا ذهنیت مثبتی از کلاس آنلاین نداشتم و تصور میکردم خیلی موثر نباشه ولی منیره جان ذهنیت من را تغییر داد و با تخصص و دانش زیاد کمک بزرگی در جهت سلامتی و سبک زندگی سالم به من کرد. الان ورزش بخشی از برنامه روزانه من شده و حس خیلی خوبی دارم. ممنون
